Meet The Team
Edgar Goddard
Edgar has wide experience of working in the electricity sector. As an executive and senior manager within large infrastructure companies he has been responsible for policy development and delivery across world class energy companies.
He has developed and delivered significant infrastructure investments as well as initiating, defining and directing process improvement resulting in improved company performance.
His previous experience covers electricity market operation, the development of commercial and market frameworks, construction, programme management, operations, business transformation and process change, asset management and information services.
Edgar's experience and achievements have been against a backdrop of fast-moving development in regulation, the industry, the market and the companies themselves.
Edgar entered the energy sector after 10 years as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Navy Submarine Service
Euan Clifford
Euan has worked in the rail sector for many years and has a deep understanding of the issues the industry faces. As a senior manager he has been responsible for commercial strategies, leading multi-million pound negotiations and delivering programmes of work.
He has delivered significant savings in procurement exercises, obtained start-up funding for new programmes and delivered a 3.4TWh flexible energy pricing contract and managed a significant energy hedging portfolio.
Euan is a Chartered Manager and he has a wide diversity of skills in programme management, projects, business change, utility management, commercial agreements and procurement exercises.
